What is Sensei IQ?
Sensei IQ is a turn-key Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) managed solution and a Microsoft Preferred Solution. It supports Work Management, Project Management, Program and Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Strategy — all living inside your Microsoft 365 tenant, using the infrastructure you already have.

How much does Sensei IQ cost?
Sensei IQ is available in three tiers — Project IQ, Portfolio IQ, and Strategy IQ. At 100 users, subscriptions range from $1,950 to $3,250 per month. Pricing scales with user count; contact us for a quote at other user levels.
What is the minimum number of users?
Packages start at a minimum of 25 users. You can add licenses as your requirements grow, allowing you to scale usage and investment over time.
Which licenses are required?
To use Sensei IQ, your users will need:
- A work management license (e.g. Project Plan 1, 3, or 5; Azure DevOps; etc.)
- Microsoft 365 (e.g. E1, E3, or E5)
- Power Apps per-app pass or Power Apps Premium
- Power BI (for anyone who needs to view reports)

Where does my data live?
All Sensei IQ data lives inside your own Microsoft 365 environment. No data is ever moved or stored outside your tenant. Sensei IQ authenticates against your existing users in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
Sensei IQ is the only Microsoft Partner Managed Solution for PPM to do this.
Is Sensei IQ privacy compliant in my country?
Sensei IQ operates wholly within your organization's Microsoft 365 tenant as a model-driven Power App. It inherits the compliance certifications and regional data residency commitments of the Microsoft platforms it runs on.
Does Sensei IQ work in the Microsoft GCC?
Yes. Sensei is the only partner with a turn-key PPM solution for the Government Community Cloud (GCC) that can also be purchased through the GSA. Many government agencies across the country use Sensei IQ to manage their portfolio of work and resources.
What integrations does Sensei IQ support?
Sensei IQ is designed to integrate with line-of-business systems. Supported integrations include Azure DevOps, Jira, Planner Premium, Wrike, Smartsheet, and Monday.com.
Does Sensei IQ support AI?
Yes. As a Power Platform Managed Solution, Sensei IQ leverages Microsoft Copilot for Power Apps for AI capabilities.
Does Sensei IQ support OKRs?
With Strategy IQ, you can capture Strategic Themes, measure progress with Strategic Goals, and track Benefits Realization.
