What Gets Installed
When Sensei IQ is deployed into your Microsoft 365 tenant, a set of components are installed and configured by a Sensei deployment engineer. This page provides an inventory of those components so that administrators and project stakeholders understand what is present in their environment and why.
All components are installed within your M365 tenant. No data leaves your environment — Sensei IQ runs entirely on your Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse infrastructure.
Power Platform Solutions (Model-Driven Apps)
Sensei IQ is delivered as three managed Dataverse solutions, each serving a distinct architectural purpose. Together they form the complete operational foundation of the platform.

In addition to these three solutions, the Sensei IQ app itself is installed as a model-driven Power App, providing the primary user interface through which project managers, team members, and administrators interact with the platform.
Two canvas apps — My Work and My Projects — are also deployed as part of the Atsumeru solution, providing lightweight interfaces for individual contributors and team members to manage their personal workload and project assignments.
The Atsumeru solution contains the Power Automate flows, logic, plugins, and related infrastructure that power Sensei IQ's automation and integration capabilities. Individual flows and components can be enabled or disabled by your administrator to align with your organization's processes.
Analytics & Insights — Power BI Reports
Sensei IQ includes a suite of Power BI reports that deliver visibility across projects, programs, portfolios, resources, and strategy. These reports are published to a dedicated Power BI workspace within your tenant and embedded directly into the Sensei IQ interface.

One paginated report is also deployed to support formatted, print-ready reporting needs within Sensei IQ.
The specific reports included in your deployment may evolve over time as Sensei optimizes existing reports and introduces new reporting capabilities.
Microsoft Teams App (Optional)
A Sensei IQ Teams app is available for organizations that choose to enable the full Microsoft Teams collaboration experience. Once deployed, the app can be pinned to users' Teams clients via a Teams setup policy, providing direct access to Sensei IQ and enabling the channel tab experience for surfacing project data within Teams.
