Reporting & Analytics

One of the biggest pain points in PPM is reporting. Sensei IQ solves it by including a complete set of automated Power BI reports out of the box — covering every level of the organization, updated automatically as your data changes.

No spreadsheets. No manual status collection. No stale data.

Always-On Reporting

Sensei IQ reports are embedded directly in the application and connect to your live Dataverse data. Every report refreshes on a schedule, so stakeholders always see current information without waiting for someone to compile a deck.

Reports are available to users based on their role — executives see portfolio-level dashboards, project managers see project detail, and resource managers see availability and utilization.

  • Connect to additional data sources through the Power Platform
  • Point Sensei IQ to custom reports you've built in your own Power BI workspace

Sensei periodically ships updated report versions. You can apply Sensei's updates, keep your customizations, or merge changes — the choice is yours.

What You Need

Power BI reporting in Sensei IQ requires Power BI Pro or Power BI Capacity licenses for all users who need to view the reports. This is a standard Microsoft license available as part of most Microsoft 365 plans or as a standalone add-on.
